If you are somewhere with people you do not know or in anyway might be in danger, it is better to be safe than dead. It does not matter how ridiculous you might think you are just leave the event or place immediately. But most of the time, that is not the advice I would give someone. If you have an important decision to make such as a health decision or if a new opportunity has come your way and you are not sure if it is right for you, I would tell you to take a moment to feel into it. If a doctor has suggested surgery, you may feel anxious. No one likes the idea of going under, but the surgery may actually be the best course of action to take. Or you may have someone approach you with a work opportunity and your first thought is to decline it. You may feel afraid, but without any awareness as to why. Often it is because it is something you have never done before and you feel uncertain about your abilities. You can connect with your heart space, and ask yourself, "If I were to do this, what would be the outcome?" Then feel into it. If it feels good then you know that it will have a good outcome and your fear has to do with your own blocks. If you see black or do not feel good about it then you know that the outcome would not be good. If you receive that it would not be a good outcome and it is something you need to do, you can take a moment to ask what would provide a beneficial outcome and expect to receive an answer within 24 hours. This is how we become adept at using our intuition without being run by our emotions. Emotions are not the best indicator of what we should or should not do given that we can often be afraid of the very thing we have been praying for.
